Classes - what’s available…
Hatha Yoga Practice
We currently offer Hatha Yoga, available throughout the week in our West Street Studio Tavistock. These one hour classes are suitable for all bodies and abilities. Both group classes and 1:1 sessions are available. Please see below for further info on private / 1:1 classes.
From the 14th November we will be running practice at Milton Abbot Village Hall (please see our location page) each Thursday morning. These classes are 1 hour 30 minutes in duration and will be available until December 12th. If these sessions are a success we will be running them on Thursday Mornings from the new year. As of the 9th of November, Margaret will be covering 3 Saturday Morning Classes per month at Yelverton Memorial Hall for the wonderful Yoga with Lauren. You can book these sessions online or drop in.
1:1 & private classes
Explore private & 1:1 classes, where we will work towards your own personal yoga goals in a friendly, comfortable environment that is tailored to you and your needs. Maybe you want to deepen your yogic knowledge, improve on a specific asana or simply get more comfortable with yoga in a private setting. Lunch Time Meditation 30 Minutes
It can be hard to find time for our wellbeing. More than an hour out of the day is simply not practical for us all so with that in mind we have classes available mid-day for 30 minutes. We’ve made this class available with the intention to encourage people to take time for their wellbeing even when it seems impossible. Simply book in to take a moment to centre yourself.
